The Team Management Profile (TMP) is a psychometric tool that delivers insights into preferences and behaviour in the workplace. To ensure the highest standards of ethical care, the TMP must only be delivered and debriefed by appropriately trained professionals who have completed accreditation through TMS.
TMP accreditation equips you with the necessary training to facilitate a TMP debrief and provides you with the resources required to build a programme using the TMP. The TMP accreditation also imparts an understanding of the underlying TMS framework and learning methodology that underpin the TMS Suite of Profiles.

How does Accreditation work?
TMP Accreditation is delivered in a blended learning programme of self-paced study, one-on-one coaching and interactive workshops. The time commitment is approximately 12 hours spread over three weeks.
