This is an accelerated learning programme providing you with a complete toolkit to run effective sessions on the Opportunities-Obstacles Quotient (QO2) Profile.
The QO2 Profile can assist with change programmes, developing resilience, identifying thought leaders and innovators, and designing teams equipped with running risk related projects.
