Many of our events are booked months in advance, meaning that cancellations at short notice create a lost opportunity for our valued clients as well as additional administrative and resourcing costs. We understand that plans can change, however, please note that Cancellation and Rescheduling Fees may apply.
1. TMS will commence work once the tax invoice is paid in full.
2. All prices are in AUD and ex GST.
TMS Direct for Teams
3. TMS Direct for Teams can be delivered in a virtual or face-to-face onsite format. Additional travel costs may be charged for face-to-face workshops.
4. Profile purchase
a) Unused or partially completed profiles are not refundable.
b) All completed profile questionnaires must be debriefed. For respondents unable to attend the TMS for Teams session, one 30-minute debrief is included in the TMS Direct for Teams cost. Further 30-minute sessions will be invoiced at $295.
5. Cancel or reschedule
a) A TMS Direct for Teams session can be rescheduled free of charge with more than 7 days notice. Any re-schedule requested within 7 days of the scheduled time may be considered a cancellation and cancellation fees may apply.
b) TMS reserves the right to charge a Managed Service fee to cover the administrative costs of any cancelled TMS Direct for Teams sessions. TMS may offer a credit note valid for 12 months for cancelled booking.
i) For bookings cancelled where profile questionnaires have been activated, the cost of the profile questionnaires will not be refunded or credited.
ii) For bookings cancelled between 10 working days and 48 hours prior to the booking will incur a Managed Service Fee of $500 plus the cost of activated questionnaires.
iii) Bookings cancelled between 24-48 hours of the booking will incur a Managed Service Fee of $700 plus the cost of activated questionnaires.
iv) Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of the booking will incur a Managed Service Fee equal to the cost of the Debrief plus the cost of activated questionnaires.
v) An unpaid invoice where no profile questionnaires have been activated will not incur a cancellation fee.
TMS Direct for Individuals
6) Unpaid invoices where the profile questionnaire has not been activated will not incur a cancellation fee.
7) Bookings cancelled where the questionnaire has been completed will not be refunded or credited, and the profile will be made inaccessible because no debrief was provided.
8) Bookings cancelled between 10 working days and 48 hours prior to the booking and where the questionnaire has not been completed may incur a Managed Service Fee of $100.
9) Bookings cancelled between 24-48 hours of the booking and where the questionnaire has not been completed may incur a Managed Service Fee of $260.
10) Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of the booking and where the questionnaire has not been completed may incur a Managed Service Fee equal to the cost of the Debrief and Profile.
