Global psychometricians and teamwork experts, Team Management Systems (TMS) have announced the arrival of their Fifth Edition Research Manual (RM5).
RM5 is the culmination of 30 years’ worth of proprietary research and includes data from half a million people around the world. Featuring various professions, industries and cross-functional and cross-cultural teams, RM5 provides insights into developing personal, team and organisational performance.
Dr Dick McCann co-editor of RM5 explains:
“After more than 30 years of working with hundreds of thousands of teams, we’re excited to share the insights of our largest analysis to date. By aggregating feedback from over 500,000 people around the world, we have been able to create a deep field of data that illustrates and explains how individuals approach work and why some teams succeed, and others fail,”
Team Management Systems will be releasing data insights from their research over the next four weeks, with RM5 available to the general public from the 10th of October 2018 via www.teammanagementsystems.com.
