Using our multimedia E-Profile Feedback system, accredited facilitators can now deliver a full multimedia experience for their learners – with text, graphics, videos, audios and interactive experiences. When using e-Profiles, facilitators can now add apps that are relevant to their learning event.
Pacing App
This interactive tool is designed to help your learner improve their communication with others. The Pacing app allows Pacing information to be personalised in real-time. The activity is based on the 16-fold model and uses an assessment by the respondent of another person's work preferences, based on the E-I, P-C, A-B and S-F scales. This is then compared with the respondent's own work preference measures to generate customised information on how to improve communication with that person and avoid conflict. The Pacing app can be used over and over for any number of assessments. The app is available to all Team Management Profile accredited facilitators. |
Job Demand – Work Preference Match App
The Job Demand – Work Preference Match app is a 40-item questionnaire providing real-time match information between a respondent's work preferences and the critical Types of Work in their role. The interactive tool uses the respondent's personalised Team Management Profile results and responses from the Job Match questionnaire to create the feedback. The app is available to all Team Management Profile accredited facilitators. |
Overview
This app provides learners with an overview of the TMS core concepts: Types of Work Wheel, four measures of work preferences and the Margerison-McCann Team Management Wheel. The app is available to all Team Management Profile accredited facilitators and is ideal for introducing or refreshing a learner’s knowledge of the TMS core concepts. |
Video Case Study - The Reluctant Engineer
The video ‘The Reluctant Engineer’ is useful in explaining the importance of job demand – work preference match. In the video, TMS co-author, Dr Dick McCann discusses his early days as an engineer and the problems he encountered when his work preferences didn’t match the job he was required to do. The app is available to all Team Management Profile accredited facilitators and is ideal for learners who are also using the Job Demand – Work Preference Match App. |
Identifying Work Preferences
This app is an interactive exercise that tests the learner’s knowledge of the behavioural characteristic of each of the four work preference measures. The app is available to all Team Management Profile accredited facilitators and is ideal for refreshing a learner’s knowledge on the four work preference measures. |
Values Alignment
The Values Alignment app allows the respondent to compare the results of their personal Window on Work Values Profile with their assessment of the ‘values in use’ in their organisation or any other organisation that they choose to rate. The app is available to all Window on Work Values accredited facilitators. |
